Lithi to Agiasmata path network
Why walk it
The island’s longest waymarked walking network, along the west coast and its abandoned mining landscape.
The route
1Start at Lithi and follow the coastal waymarks north above the shore.
2Cross the open west-coast slopes, keeping the sea on your left throughout.
3Pass the antimony mining remains — read them from the path; the workings are unsafe.
4Finish at the thermal springs at Agiasmata, where the road and a beach meet the coast.

A full day out. Carry all your water, tell someone your plan, and arrange a pick-up: there is no public transport at the far end.
