Lithi–Agiasmata Trail Network

This long-distance walking network links western and northern Chios through some of the island's most dramatic inland landscapes. The route connects places such as Nea Moni, Avgonyma, Anavatos, Moundon and Volissos before reaching the more remote country of Amani, following a mixture of historic paths and rural tracks. Individual stages vary considerably in length and difficulty, so choose a section that suits the day's conditions and your experience.
